Tanya comes to Recoil after a 20 year Career in the Navy where she spent half those years as a Yeoman, and the other half, after commissioning, as an Admin/Training Officer. With a Bachelors Degree from Purdue and Masters that followed, Tanya has mastered the art of multi-tasking, organization and being a jack of all trades. Her Administrative and Organizational abilities are second to none. She is married with three grown children, and 2 grands with another on the way. Her daughter has her Bachelor’s Degree in Information Assurance and is continuing with her Masters in Cyber Security; both sons’ are in the Marines (Landing Support Logistics and CH-53 Helicopter Mechanic).

Jere Bragado joins Recoil Aerospace Team as Technical Field Director; he has been working in aviation for 23 years in various positions. His Aviation exposure started in the military then transitioned into the civilian sector. After several years of training he obtained his Airframe and Powerplant certificate, which now includes IA privileges while simultaneously obtaining his Commercial Rotor wing certificate with flight instructor privileges. Jere brings many attributes to the company with his diverse working background, creativity and willingness to solve problems.

Katrina joins Recoil Aerospace as the IT Director. Katrina has a degree in information assurance which she put to use working as the lead IT for a global Non-profit and is in the process of obtaining her master’s degree in Cyber Security. She is a vital part of our team, she oversees the Information Services and Technology area.

Tim, a retired CW5 maintenance test pilot with over 37 years of successful Army aviation management and leadership experience with a reputation for meeting the most challenging organizational goals and objectives joins Recoil. A pragmatic and focused individual recognized for “making seemingly impossible situations work.” A recognized expert in planning and executing complex operations, including the scheduling and movement of thousands of operational loads and the appropriate transfer of millions of dollars’ worth of equipment to support and maintain operations. A highly skilled technical individual, computer literate, able to maximize Management Information Systems to increase profitability.
