RECOIL TSUNAMI EXTERNAL WILDFIRE SUPPRESSION TANK RECEIVES EASA VALIDATION
BOWLING GREEN Kentucky; Recoil Aerospace Inc. (Recoil) announce’s validation of its Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) SR02584AK by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) for it’s Airbus Super Puma Tsunami External Tank.
Recoil adds this EASA STC 10084620 for the Airbus Super Puma helicopter series (SA330, AS332, EC225, AS332L, AS332L1, AS332L2, EC225LP) to a wide-ranging list of existing international certifications.

The low-profile Tsunami External Tank mounts directly to the fuselage, requiring no modifications to the helicopter landing gear. Rapid installation combined with highvolume, fixed-tank water delivery and a 130 knot VNE leads to maximum fire suppression effectiveness.
