For every initial Recoil product acquisition, Recoil sends a technician to the customer’s facility or aircraft location, at Recoil’s expense, to ensure complete technical assistance pertaining to installation, removal, operation, maintenance, inspection, weatherization, and servicing of the product. Additional phone support is available beyond the technician visit and all products include a one-year warranty.
